July's update fills gaps in 2nd and 3rd gen, groups well-represented by title tracks but missing B-sides in the daily rotation. Plus TVXQ/DBSK, which people have been asking for.
38 songs added across General and artist modes. Breakdown below.
B-sides this month, the tracks fans love that don't get "Next Level" radio play. 2023–2024 mini-albums have some of the most distinctive 4th gen production going.
One of the biggest gaps in the original library. 2nd gen giants, hugely underrepresented until now. "Mirotic" should be a 4-second guess for anyone who knows K-pop history; "Rising Sun" (2005) sounds so dated that even dedicated fans struggle cold.
Album cuts from I've IVE and IVE SWITCH that weren't showing up in daily picks, "Hypnotic," "Either Way," that kind of thing.
Vocal-heavy ballads that trick you into guessing soloist. If you only know "Missing You," the uptempo stuff ("Wow," "Beep Beep") will surprise you.
Alongside the group's existing tracks, solo work from MAMAMOO members is a natural fit for the library, their individual styles are distinctive enough that identifying "this is Hwasa vs Solar vs Moonbyul" from 4 seconds of audio is a genuine skill test. Three solo tracks were added this month.
Smaller additions this month to round out coverage:
August planning is based on community requests: Stray Kids deep cuts, first BTS member solos (J-Hope, RM), LOONA from their active period, KARD (very requested). Got a track you want in? Contact page.
