About Kpopless

Kpopless is a free daily K-pop music guessing game built by Ned, an independent developer and K-pop fan based in the UK. It launched in December 2025 with around 800 tracks. The library now has over 2,000 songs from 200+ artists, spanning all four generations of K-pop: from 1st gen groups like H.O.T, S.E.S, and Sechs Kies through to current 4th gen acts like aespa, NewJeans, IVE, and LE SSERAFIM. Song previews and album artwork come through the Apple Music API. No audio is hosted on this site.

Each day you get three new song puzzles and one album cover puzzle. For each song puzzle, press play, hear a short clip starting at one second, and type your guess before your six attempts run out. The clip gets longer with every wrong guess or skip: 1 second, 2 seconds, 4 seconds, 7 seconds, then 10 seconds for the final two attempts. Puzzles reset at midnight London time. Everyone worldwide gets the same songs on the same day, so you can compare results with friends.

There are four game modes: General (any K-pop song from the full library), Boy Groups, Girl Groups, and Album Guess (identify a K-pop album from its cover art, revealed progressively over six guesses). No account or signup required. Results are saved in your browser and shareable as a score card. Completely free to play.
